Our tent crew needs at least 5′ past the perimeter of the tent to successfully install and secure the tent. For example, if you are looking to book a 30′ x 30′ tent, we would require a 40′ x 40′ space free and clear of any obstacles to set-up and secure the tent. Also please keep in mind any overhead or underground utilities or objects. It is the customers responsibility to mark/locate any utilities such as electric or water so that we may avoid staking into them while setting up the tent.
When do you set-up the tent rental?
Typically, we aim to set-up the tent 1-2 days before your event. This gives everyone enough time to set-up other items under the tent in preparation for the event. We can certainly set-up father out, but please check with your venue (if applicable) to ensure you are allowed to have the tent set-up early.
What payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check or credit card. Once a reservation is placed, we require a 50% deposit to secure the reservation in our schedule. Please see our cancellation policy for more details.
What surfaces do you set-up tents on?
We can install tents on nearly any type of surface. Please keep in mind that if you are planning to have a pole tent for your event, these require staking into the ground and we do not offer any ballast weight for this type of tent. As for frame tents, we do offer ballast weight to secure the tent if you do not wish to stake into surfaces such as parking lots or patios.
What other tent rental accessories do you offer?

How does the booking process work for tent rentals?
Once we receive and inquiry via phone or email, we start off with a quotation for our rentals & services. Customer then have the ability to review and change the quote as many times as necessary. Once the quote is approved, we move forward to a Reservation Contract. From there, customers have the option to change counts or add items up to 14 days prior to their scheduled delivery date. When the big day comes, the reservation is fulfilled, the event takes place and then we come back on the specified “pick-up” date to retrieve the items and from there close out the contract. To ensure the most accurate pricing and communication, we offer detailed, easy to read quotes, reservations and contracts. We offer many resources to ensure the customer is getting exactly what they need, nothing more, nothing less.
What is your cancellation policy on tent rentals?
CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR PARTY RENTALS: Deposit(s) made on tented event reservations are non-refundable. The remaining balances on delivery reservations are due within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date. Changes to item counts, colors and/or styles must be submitted and approved at minimum 14 days prior to the delivery date. Cancellations on non-tented events must be confirmed at a minimum of 14 days prior to the scheduled delivery or in-store pick-up date to receive a refund for any deposit(s) made towards the contract. There are no refunds for events cancelled due to COVID. There may be additional addendum(s) attached to this contract that reflect certain items and/or services that are listed on this contract.
How soon should I book my tent rental?
We highly recommend that customers book as soon as possible. We may, in some cases, be able to accommodate last minute requests however, our schedule and inventory becomes very limited the closer we get to the date.
